Music and audiobooks are sold as digital downloads for personal listening. Keep and play your copies on your own devices; please don't resell, redistribute, or upload them.
Using songs in what you make: putting a song in your own video, podcast, stream, game or business is free with credit, and free without credit if you bought it or you're a member. The plain rules are on Free for your videos.
Membership renews monthly or yearly until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your library; you keep access through the end of the period you paid for. Downloads you made while a member are yours to keep for personal listening.
Refunds: if a file is broken or a purchase went wrong, I'll fix it or refund it — email me within 30 days. Books on Amazon are sold under Amazon's terms.
