The Testaments of the Twelve Patriarchs
12 chapters · 4 h 27 min · MP3
Each of Jacob's twelve sons, on his deathbed, gathers his children and tells them the truth about his life — Reuben's shame, Simeon's envy, Levi's calling, Judah's weakness for wine and women, Joseph's chastity in Egypt — and turns it into a warning and a blessing. Twelve short books of confession and counsel, among the most quoted writings of the Second Temple age.
